ADHD (ATTENTION DEFICIT HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER)
Group Meetings

FOR ADULTS ONLY

• Any day can have challenging moments.
• Being forgetful
• Poor focus
• Feeling overworked and overwhelmed
• Impatience & impulsiveness
• Disorganized
• Planning and follow-through

Sometimes ADHD medication is not the cure for this set of problems, or such medications offer only partial help.
  
Topics Include:

• Medication
• Other causes of inattention
• Procrastination
• Stress & Emotional Management
• Resources, Books, Coaching

Groups Offered:

• 6 week course on Thursdays from 6:30pm-8:00pm
• 6 week course on Saturdays from 9:30pm-11:00pm
• 1 week course on Saturdays from 9:30pm-3:30pm

Groups begin in mid September 2010.  The fee for each course is $600.00.  Group meetings are not covered by insurance and all group meetings must be pre-paid to register.  Missed sessions are not eligible for refund.
